Konto löschen

Du kannst dein Noctalia-Konto jederzeit löschen. Dabei werden deine personenbezogenen Daten aus aktiven Systemen entfernt – vorbehaltlich gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten (z. B. Logs oder Rechnungen, soweit gesetzlich erforderlich).

Delete directly in the app

  1. Open Noctalia and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings > Account.
  3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

This action is irreversible. Your dreams, notes, images, and AI analyses will be removed from active databases.

Ask us to delete it for you

Send an email to [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Please include:

  • Your request to delete the account and associated data;
  • The email used for Noctalia;
  • Any identifier visible in the app (if available) to help us locate the account.

We process deletion requests as quickly as possible and will confirm once done.

Effects of deletion

  • Access to the app is revoked and your account credentials are invalidated.
  • Your dreams, notes, generated images, and analyses are deleted from active storage.
  • Backups and logs may be retained temporarily for security or legal reasons, then purged according to our retention schedule.
